Past purchases that received approval from Kings Canyon Unified School Board Members now are resurfacing which include a $1,000.00 charge at The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant in Fresno, California.
The charge received unanimous approval from board members back on March 28, 2022, in a routine purchase order. These purchase orders, often in the millions, include expenditures pertaining to building improvements, classroom supplies, and staff salaries.
Reedley Memo’s team reached out to Kings Canyon Unified School Board President Robin Tyler for comment regarding the thousand-dollar charge at the restaurant. A response was not received at the time of this publication.
